Maalesef müşteri temsilcilerinden Ö.A 45 dakika sıra bekleyip sıra numarası alıp bekledim sıram geldi soru sordum, vezneden numara alın dedim, çok bekledim siz yönlendiremezmisiniz dedim, gidin vezne için tekrar numara alın dedi. İyiniyetli değildi maalesef, bu sebepten farklı bir şehirde olan hesabımı bu şubeye getirmedim ve en kısa zamanda bir başka bankaya aktarıp hesabımı kapatmayı düşünüyorum.
Unfortunately, one of the customer representatives, Ö.A, waited for 45 minutes, got the queue number, and waited, my turn came, I asked a question, I said get a number from the cashier, I waited a long time, I said can't you direct me, he said go get the number again for the cashier. Unfortunately, it was not in good faith, for this reason I did not bring my account, which was in a different city, to this branch, and I am thinking of transferring it to another bank and closing my account as soon as possible.
