I made the mistake of having a meeting with a lady who said she was the director of the institution under the name of a job interview. Sadly, I say heedlessness because he tried to have a conversation with me to build ego on people. When I handed over my CV and my letter of intent and started to explain it to him, he rightly asked the question what can you do for this institution. You should convince me that I talked about the activities I could do, the importance I gave to child education and the important criteria, and you should be able to tell me very high-level things so that when you started working after 2 days and when you could not, I could ask why you could not. The quality of an institution, especially an institution to which we will entrust our children, cannot be understood only from the teachers and course contents, but also from the authorities of the institution. Instead of increasing the service they will provide to higher levels, the authority of the institution set the goal to imagine the joy of the words that people would say when they could not do something. This is the first time I've seen an institution that speaks its intentions publicly. Uneducated people who have not adopted their place, unfortunately, cannot add anything to your child in terms of education. Because those people are in an unwarranted pressure, ego war, they keep the teacher away from both profession and educational enthusiasm. I hope the institution can continue on its way with better quality people who know what they are talking about so that it can be a good education home. Otherwise, it cannot be included in any definition other than a bad business.

In a word, a magnificent institution, the friendly, warm and sincere attitude of both its owners and its educators gives people confidence. It is one of the most distinguished places of Italy. They are really education and training ambassadors with its expert staff. While leaving my daughter eagerly in the mornings, she has a hard time leaving in the evenings.
