Zigana Apart Hotel

First of all, there is no oven and washing machine in every room. Rooms are ok in size but it would be better to have air conditioner in every room. The only good thing about the hotel is that it is close to the sea. The pool is only open between 11-17 but the pool is nice. The staff even forcefully give a disinterested bed sheet, which is already dirty and stained. There is a very bad smell at breakfast, there is nothing in the name of hygiene in the hotel anyway. If you don't go before breakfast, there is nothing left. There are excessive mosquitoes in the bidet, they ate all over us. So if you don't want to itch, if you don't want to eat a smelly breakfast, if you don't want to stay in a mess, go to another hotel for the same price.

Cleanliness and hygiene is zero. When we went, there was no soap and napkins in the sink.. One of the employees said that the soap belongs to you, and then they gave it to you. The head and hot cold setting in the shower were broken. At the reception, there was zero interest and friendliness. In short, it's not worth your money.

It is an apart hotel that I prefer every summer for 4 years. I'm renting a 1+1 flat, then it's us. In the room, there is the bathroom, kitchen equipment, whatever you may look for. Don't expect ultra, then the reception will have a hard time responding. After all, you are holding a flat, everything belongs to the owner. Cleaning eating etc. It has a boutique breakfast, because the hours did not suit us, we prepared it ourselves on the balcony of our room and ate it. 2 minutes walking distance to the sea, a beautiful quiet beach, suitable for the whole family. Compared to other regions and districts, its quiet beach is just as beautiful. The apartment has enlarged the pool, made a terrace or something, my only request is if you take care of the rooms, bathroom and furniture, it would be great. Thank you Ayşe hnm and her team.

I can't understand without embarrassment how they show people rooms that are filthy. It's a terrible accommodation place with money-hungry staff who misuse those who come on vacation in the summer, only for business, and think that they will get the benefit of their money. It's a pity that this place has lost its humanity because of the money..

Our first year in zigana, I saw in the comments that someone wrote that we gave 1000 TL, he wrote breakfast, he gave 1000 TL to the pool and the place close to everywhere, he still comments. The first day we came, we asked everywhere, we asked for 1.500, we came to zigana, we stayed in 2+1, the rooms are so wide and spacious I can't tell you that we stayed 5 people, 2 toilets, bathrooms, kitchens, rooms were all very clean. The problem was breakfast because it was very crowded (a preferred apartment). but in general we liked it very much, I hope you continue to stay clean and tolerant like this

When we came to the hotel, especially the warm interest of Ms. AYŞE impressed us a lot. We've stayed in many hotels, but it's rare to find a staff that really cares so much about customers. We stayed over the holiday, it was 5 times more money than the normal, 600 TL is not given to the daily room in an apartment, moreover, we took 2 rooms, but people use the holiday holiday very well. On the 3rd day without keeping the first room, the cleaning lady says that we change the sheets and clean the room, but Ayşe at the reception says that after we sold the room, we didn't say that, the cleaning belongs to you. Moreover, we bought a hotel room in an apartment. We saw it in this hotel. Come on, I misunderstood the rumors, so the person next to me misunderstood?? They gave prices according to their heads over the holiday. Ok, the prices are expensive during the holiday, but there is no need to turn people into such an opportunity and rob people officially.. Honesty is very important in a business, it should not be until you sell everything. The important thing is the continuity of the customer, it is important to win permanently. Except for Ms. Ayşe, all of the staff are very friendly and helpful. I am giving a name especially by saying that the owner of the apartment should read it. I gave 2 points only to the working people there, otherwise it would not be worth it. Definitely do not stay and do not choose, especially when there is someone who is far from the business mentality like Ayşe lady..
