The staff doesn't know how to approach an unbelievably uninterested and inexperienced customer. I'm fed up with such staff.. I'll call the general manager tomorrow and explain the situation myself..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haftasonu tıklım tıklım doluydu bir bardak çay içmek için oturduk açık hava kısmına, her yerde olduğu gibi burda da fiyatlar şaşılacak derecede pahalı, insan çaya 11 tl vermek istemiyor açıkcası..oturup kahve içmek bile lüks oldu artık.. Servis hızlıydı.
The weekend was packed, we sat in the open-air part to drink a cup of tea, the prices are surprisingly expensive here, as everywhere else, people don't want to pay 11 TL for tea, frankly.. Even sitting and drinking coffee has become a luxury now. The service was fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avm içinde olunca bazı standartlar esnemek zorunda kalıyor sanırım. Masa temizliği ve servis hızı konusunda zayıf olsa da genel olarak yiyeceklerin lezzeti konusunda tutarlı ve başarılı. Bu şube ozelindeolsa gerek tatlılar fazla beklemiş ama bayat değil.
I guess some standards have to be stretched when it is inside the mall. Although it is weak in table cleaning and service speed, it is consistent and successful in the taste of food in general. Desserts have been waiting too long, but they are not stale.
