Everyone at the hotel was friendly and welcoming. It is definitely worth staying here. The hotel is walking distance to the beach ❤️

· The location of the property is a 10/10, only a 2 minute walk from the beach and there are many nearby family activities (park, water sports and a 7km beautiful Konyaalti beach). You can request a taxi by pressing a button right in front of the hotel entrance and a taxi will come in 3-5 minutes which was very convenient. Grocery supermarkets are only a few minutes walk away if needed. The hotel was recently renovated and is very clean and presentable. The breakfast is good with limited variety. The quality of their dinner and lunch were great with affordable prices. The restaurant staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Naeem (seen in the photo) and Abdullah. The reception staff were also very helpful and greeted us very well, especially Sulaiman, Twan and Safa. They provided us with free access to Red Rujj Beach & Bistro (5 minute walk) which would normally cost 40TL per person for the day. They also assisted us with all our travel documents and printing without extra charge. They also facilitate COVID PCR testing at the hotel for 25 euro per person. Overall, as a family of 8 members with young children, we booked 3 rooms for 2 weeks; and we were very satisfied with our stay at Zeynel Hotel. This made our trip to Antalya a lot more enjoyable and we'd definitely visit again! Disliked · Nothing major, however rooms were cleaned once every 2 days but you can ask for a change of towels and extra amenities (shampoo, toilet paper, plastic bags etc.) if needed.

I checked the prices online on their own website and it advertised a room as 340 TL. When I walked in without a reservation and wanted to verify the price, the receptionist showed me 400 TL on their calculator. In response to that, I showed him their website and the receptionist became really rude and aggressive saying: “if you know the price, why ask? You want to check me?” Such behavior is entirely unacceptable for a hotel in my opinion.

Clean very friendly and helpful would recommend a visit to this hotel. Good access to Beach restaurants and other amenities. X

My group stayed in zenyel and we booked 8 rooms . Hotel ambiance was perfect, breakfast was great and only few meter walking distance from beach, Need and clean rooms.. 100% recommended

Very bad experience. The hotel looks nice from the outside but the rooms are horrible. The beds are very springy and uncomfortable. At night until 2 am I could not sleep because random drunk people were trying to open my door. A lot of screaming and noise. This is not a family friendly or nice hotel. Specially not Muslim friendly

The hotel workers are incredible people. They skip nothing and try their hardest to make sure your stay is a good one. The breakfast was amazing every single day of our stay. An absolute dream hotel, in the middle of Konyaaaltı. Highly recommended 10/10

This is the 2nd time my wife and I have stayed in the Zeynel Hotel and on both our visits its been brilliant. The staff are so friendly and hardworking nothing is too much trouble for them, the location is great with beautiful views over the med. We are already booked again for April and cannot wait to return to the Zeynel. We have fallen in love with Turkey and its partly down to the tremendous staff at this hotel.
