There is really not much to see here, if anything at all. All over the place no swimming and entry signs, but people do not care and enter the water despite the dangers. If you happen to come here, then eat "Gözleme" right at the beginning of the path leading to the Cave. That will for sure give you a better experience than seeing Zeus Cave.

Really nice place! It's worth it to go swim in the water - it's really clean and peaceful, amazing experience!

The place is so beautiful and unique. You can swim in water and have an adventure deep into the cave. (It's cold though) There is no entrance fee and is accessible via minibus (Dolmush) from Kuşadası and Davutlar village.

If you wanna jump in freezing cold water and be followed by warm water in a cave you must try. And if you are lucky you can see Barbie the monkey. One of my favourite caves, definitely recommend! :D

According to Ancient Greek mythology, Zeus, the Olympian ruler of the skies, used to hide in the cave to escape the fury of his brother Poseidon, the ruler of the seas after Zeus angered him. Poseidon, in his wrath, would unleash very high waves and other dangerous water conditions with his trident. Another legend has it that Zeus would slip away from Mount Olympus to swim with village girls where his wife, Hera, couldn’t find him. And he took bath with Aphrodite the goddess of love in this cave.

Just off the main road, wooden path/platform to view the cave which is full of a lovely clear water. They water is surprisingly a nice temperature to swim. I thought it would be a bigger cavern
