Uzun süredir işim nedeniyle Avanosada uğruyorum. Eskiden iyiydi sanırım ya ustası ya işletmeci değişmiş. Mercimek çorbası idare eder. Kavurmalı pizza istedim et bulamadım, sanırım vejeteryan kavurmalı pizzaydı. ? Fiyat lezzet kötü. 2 yıldızıda garsonun iletişimine verdim.

İçliköfte, sulu köfte, erişte, cacık ve küçük köstebek pasta yedik. Yolluk olarak da zeytinyağlı yaprak sarması aldık. Hepsi güzeldi ama en çok içli köfteyi sevdim. Hanım erişteyi boş görünce tulum peyniri ve ceviz istedi. Onları da ilave edince harika oldu tulum peynirli ve cevizli erişte ?? Bu ilave isteklerimizi de hesaba yansıtmamışlar üstelik. Yediğimiz pasta da tazecikti. Anne yapımı ev pastaları gibiydi. Yalnızca yemeklerden memnun kalmadık. İlgi-alaka ve misafir ağırlama açısından da mekan çok başarılıydı. Bir hanımefendi bize ürünler hakkında bilgi verdi. Ve şef garson abimiz de Beşiktaşlı olduğumuzu anlayınca arabaya kadar uğurladı bizi sağolsun ?? O taraflara yolunuz düşerse burasını son güne bırakın ki yöresel ürünlerden alıp evinize dönebilesiniz..

Zerdali Cafe is located next to the gas station in Avanos and is a top notch restaurant. I have visited three times over the past few years and highly recommend it. They are baking bread and pastries all day along with full meals. The wood fired stone oven is a fun experience to watch as the staff prepare the food to see the art of making the local food. We learned about some local dishes while we were deciding what to eat. They also make their own pasta. It really is a farm to table restaurant. For brunch we enjoyed some local favorites. It is a great place to have any meal of the day. Avanos is known for pottery, so if you are in the area, stop for breakfast, lunch or dinner. We bought some dried fruit for our Cappadocia road trip and hikes. *It is NOT a tourist trap restaurant. *Genuine people and excellent food and hospitality. *Great ambience, visually appealing It is definitely the best restaurant in Avanos and the area.

Very nice breakfast with hot bread

The food and service were really good! We ended up ordering kavurmalı bazlama and kayseri mantısı, both of which were very tasty. We were additionally served fresh brick oven bread and meze. Overall it is a place to take into consideration when looking for really good local food.

we ate the lentil soup (mercimek),pide and had a künefe for dessert. very delicious and very fresh, all their bread comes hot and steamy from the bakery that is in the same building. the waiter was kind, service is great and the food came quickly. I have absolutely nothing to complain about.

Loved the kayseri manti, stuffed bazlama, İçli köfte and the lamb/eggplant dish (can’t remember the name)
