Bayanlar için ayrı bölüm ve bayan hoca eşliğinde programlar da mevcut. Spor salonu arayanların uğramasını ve yerinde görmesini tavsiye ederim.
While there are a few minor shortcomings, it is reasonably priced and satisfying. The owner is concerned, smiling and experienced. A gym that can be evaluated. There are also separate departments for women and programs accompanied by female teachers. I recommend those who look for a gym to visit and see them on the spot.

He says, "You can come for three days." He doesn't recommend. It's a funny hall.
A hall draft under the stairs that limits you to 3 days a week so that the hall does not fill up.

A really nice salon and instructors in the areas of experts. Shotokan and kyokushin karate courses (yes there is a Kyokushin course in Nevşehir, you do not read wrong :)) are also given.
