apple temsil edecek kalitede bir servis zinciri değil.
bu nedenle de servisi zayıf bir markanın artık apple almam

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apple servisi diye geldim garanti kapsamında ekran değiştim ve ücret karşılığında pili değiştirdiler 400 tl verdim bile ama jarz soketimi bozmuşlar ve kağıda hoparlör temizliği yapıldı yazmışlar alakası yok o yüzden 1 yıldız veriyorum
I came as Apple service, I changed the screen under warranty and they changed the battery for a fee, I even gave 400 TL, but they broke my jarz socket and they wrote that the speaker was cleaned on the paper, it's not relevant, so I'm giving 1 star

They suck so much. They didn't even look at my face. They force an answer. I am explaining the problem and two people are manipulating it because there is no problem with it. They literally have no desire to solve problems. I gave it because my camera was showing blurry, they supposedly tested my computer. No problem. Brought it home same problem. What can i say..

Don't bother going to the service. They resist not to make the phone. He said you can save the black screen by changing the cable or pc at home. He didn't even bother to pick up the phone. He said that the battery can't be changed because the phone was bought from the USA (I'll ask Apple customer service). It would be better if you take it to the mechanic.
