Ben iPhone 12 Mini cihazımın kapanıp bir daha açılmaması ile ilgili servise başvurdum. cihaz apple onarım merkezine gönderildi, dolayısıyla tamir /değişim süresi 7-8 gün zaman aldı, bu süreçte her aradığımda doğru-sağlıklı bilgi aldım , bilgilendirildim. Servis hizmetleri, müşteri yaklaşımları ve ilgilerinden dolayı teşekkür ediyorum.
Service workers are experts in their work. Especially Service Manager Mr. Abdurrahman is a very caring person. I would also like to thank him. I applied to the service about my iPhone 12 Mini device turning off and not turning on again. The device was sent to the apple repair center, so the repair / replacement period took 7-8 days. In this process, every time I called, I received correct and healthy information, I was informed. Thank you for your service, customer approach and interest.

there was a long line but that was only one person in charge. Their language is not friendly. I don’t think they like their jobs.
They don’t speak English and don’t even try.
During the COVID 19, they were taking social distancing but in a rude way.
I am sorry to see them as Apple representative.
