★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acikcasi burdan yorumları okuyarak iphone 11 imi adana servisine gönderdim ama gercekten hayal kirikligina ugradim batarya ve donanimsal sorunlar icin gonderdigim cihaza hoparlor izgarisinda cizik oldugu icin 5200 tl para istediler berbat bi servis kesinlikle göndermeyin benim agzim yandi sizin ki yanmasın. güncelleme bu servis benim cihazımı garanti dışı bıraktı tüketici hakem heyeti kararı ile ben haklı bulundum ve cihazın değişimi yapıldı kesinlikle bu servise göndermeyin kozmetigine bakarak garanti dışı bırakıyorlar.
 Frankly, I read the comments here and sent my iPhone 11 to Adana service, but I was really disappointed. They asked for 5200 TL money because there was a scratch on the speaker grille to the device I sent for battery and hardware problems. It's a terrible service, definitely don't send it, my mouth burned, yours won't burn. update this service left my device out of warranty. I was right with the decision of the consumer arbitration committee and the device was changed and definitely do not send it to this service, they are out of warranty by looking at the cosmetics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Genpanın 1400 TL ücret çıkardığı Apple Watch ekranı İçin kenarları çatladığı için garanti kapsamında ücretsiz değiştirdiler. Çok kısa sürede de yapıldı. Kargo paketlemesi ve iletişim her şey çok iyiydi.
For the Apple Watch screen, for which Genpan charged 1400 TL, they replaced it free of charge under warranty because the edges were cracked. It was done in a very short time. Cargo packaging and communication everything was very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Üretim hatasından dolayı Klavye değişim hakkım olmasına rağmen yeni klavye satmak için değiştirmediler, hiç bir işlem yapmadan bir de 100 TL aldılar.
Guncelleme: Bu işlemi İstanbul Zorlu centerda ücretsiz ve sorunsuzca hallettim. Hiç buraya getirmeyin veya uğraşmayın.
Although I have the right to change the keyboard due to a production error, they did not change it to sell a new keyboard, and they took 100 TL without any action.
Update: I handled this process in Istanbul Zorlu center free of charge and without any problems. Never bring or bother here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gen-Pa ya 3 defa servise verdiğim AirPods için sorun yok diye iade aldım. Cihazda belirgin ses ve bağlantı problemi vardı. Zentech e getirdiğim gün cihaz değişimi yaptılar, sorun görülmüştür diye tespit yapıldı. Bir daha başka servise gitmeyi düşünmüyorum. Güleryüzlü ve tamamen müşteri memnuniyeti odaklı bir firma.
I received a refund for the AirPods I gave to Gen-Pa 3 times because there was no problem. The device had obvious sound and connection problems. The day I brought it to Zentech, they changed the device, it was determined that the problem was seen. I don't think I will go to another service again. It is a friendly and completely customer satisfaction oriented company.
