Hijyen kuralları sıfır; döneri kesen kişiler şapur şupur terliyor ve onların da ne maskesi ne eldiveni var. Tezgahtan yere düşen poşetler çöpe atılmıyor, tezgaha tekrar koyulup kullanılıyor. Bunu yapan çalışan da el bile yıkamadı.
Bir döner dükkanında bile amaç, sadece bütün masaları doldurmaya çalışmak olmamalı, ki yapılan tam da buydu.
Tabiki benim bu yorumumla müşteri kaybederler mi bilemiyorum, fakat umarım kendilerine biraz çeki düzen verirler.
