We bought a house from Zen Park Heaven. There is no problem we have not experienced since the day we bought it. We were deceived by the sales office and the sample flat. They did not keep their promises. Still the shortcomings of the house are not complete.

A site that anyone should definitely stay away from. We bought a house from the company's other project, zenpark goksu. We have been dealing with problems since the day we bought it. Before entering the sales office to buy a house, there is a thoughtlessness that can be understood even if you only look at the outer walls of our site on the side. The contractor company brings the personnel it wants to the site management. Although the fee that was said at the beginning when buying the house was around 150 160 TL, they increased it to 350 TL with the increases made in only 7 months. The estimated contribution fee for the New Year in 2022 is in the range of 450-500 TL.
