Satış personeli Mehmet Beyin bize laubali bir şekilde gülerek 0,10 gr lık tutarın önemli olmadığını belirtmesi gayet saçma bir açıklama olmakla beraber geri ödemesi teklif dahi edilmedi. 0,52 karatlık yüzük alan bir kişi için 0,10 gramın lafı olmaz tabiki ama burda canımı sıkan detay enayi yerine konulmak pişkin bir şekilde ittirilmeye çalışılmasıdır..Zen gibi bir markaya yakışmadı.
