A wonderful miracle! Here life flows slowly, silence around such that you hear the sound of your own heart as you float above the valley in the balloon basket. Travel here energizes and gives impressions and emotions for life.

Sencillamente, espectacular.
Simply spectacular. A place to get lost and enjoy the scenery. We visited it on foot, on a wonderful excursion, and we also flew over it in a balloon. The balloon view cannot be wasted, but to appreciate the size and spectacular nature of the formations, I prefer the route on foot.

You walk 5600 meters when you enter the Zemi Valley, which lies to the east of Göreme and extends to Göreme Open Air Museum, through Babacık on the Nevşehir-Ürgüp road. If you went in the spring, birds and butterflies will accompany you on this walk and you will advance by eating fruits hanging from the branches of the trees. You will see 4 churches hidden in the Zemi Valley, which is not only a nature but also a history worth seeing. These churches are El-Nazar Church dated to the 10th Century, Sarnıç Church dated to the 11th Century, Saklı Church and Görkündere Church. This valley, which reveals the difference of Göreme and rises like huge stalagmites, tunnels and Roman tombs, is worth seeing.

A hike in the Zemi Valley is an exceptional experience, the nature that never ceases to amaze you, wonders at every turn of the trail, the calm, the beauty of fairy chimneys, houses, dovecotes and churches dug into the cliff.

Cappadocia is A magical unique destination of fairy tales. It is best TO see by hiking. There are Lots of hiking trails in cappadocia whereever you can experience Magic. One of them is Zemi Valley. It would be Good if you allocate at an Half Day for this valley. Narrow valleys and fairy chimneys , pigeon holes, vineyards, weird shapes of rock formations , natural tunnels, and many more awaits you. You would better approach the trail hear near A point between Ürgüp and Ortahisar. Good strategy TO walk from this point since it is declining from this point TO asphalt road near-Göreme. There are some wonderful natural tunnels in the middle of the valley, which are So Good passing through. Only at A point on the road, you need TO climb 2-3m cliff where often A mountaineer rope ready TO Help you. You can also visit some cave churches, when you get closer To Göreme.

Beautiful rock formations and free of other visitors. You can see similar structures here as pasabagi. Lots of ways to get there but we went on the path closest to the road.

It's free and great round trip. The bottom part looks like hiking through forest and garden. Unusual view for Cappadocia hiking. The upper part looks more standart but also nice. Possible to go even with children
