★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kesinlikle bu firmadan ev almayın. Ben aldım pişmanım. İşçilik ve malzeme kalitesi çok kötü. Daha 2 yıl olmadan duvar kağıtları döküldü, mutfak mermeri renk değiştirdi, pencerelerden su almaya başladı, kapılar çürüdü. Evdeki tüm giderler sıkıntılı balkon dahil. Balkonu yıkıyoruz su gitmiyor. Binanın asansörü her hafta arızı veriyor.
Kısacası ZEK İNŞAAT ZEYNEL YILDIZ'DAN uzak durun. Muhasebeci adam müteahitlik yaparsa böyle oluyor onu anladık ama iş işten geçti.
 Do not buy a house from this firm. I regret I bought it. Workmanship and material quality is very poor. Without more than 2 years wallpapers were poured, kitchen marble changed color, began to take water from the windows, the doors decayed. All expenses at home included distressed balconies. The balcony is not going to water. The building's elevator gives a break every week.
In short, stay away from ZEK CONSTRUCTION ZEYNEL YILDIZ. If the accountant is a contractor, that's how it all happened, but it was too late.
