Cami üzerinde yer alan bilgilendirme tabelasında ise şunlar yazıyor: “16. yy Osmanlı eseridir. Mimar Sinan tarafından yapılmıştır.” Cami son derece iyi durumda ve ibadete açıktır. Caminin biraz yukarısında ikinci bir cami daha vardır. Camiden görünen göl manzarası heyecan verici güzelliktedir.
The name of this mosque, which was built on the Adilcevaz - Bitlis road right on the shore of Lake Van, is the Tuğrulbey (Zalpaşa) Mosque. In the information sign on the mosque, the following is written: “16. It is an Ottoman work. It was built by Mimar Sinan. ” The mosque is in a very good condition and is open for worship. There is a second mosque just above the mosque. The lake view visible from the mosque is exciting.
