Adıyaman'da alıştım yarma bulgura nasılsa daha lezzetli geliyor. Hazır da almak istemiyordum. En son eski ve bilinen adıyla "Çanağın Değirmeni"ne git dediler tarifi aldım gittim. 40 kg kadar bulgur verirseniz yarma bulgur ve orta iriyi aynı.anda çekip veriyorlar. Kendi kaynattığım bulgurdan yarma bulgur pilavı yemenin hazzını yaşıyorum. Hayırlı işler diliyorum... Satılan ürünler çoğu kendi üretimleri tercih edilebilir bir mekan ??
