يتميز بإطلالة رائعة على ساحل البحر
ويوجد خدمة بوابة 24 ساعة

الا ان الشراء فيه معقد نوعا ما لعدم وجود طابو حر
ويعتمد الامر على عقود في كاتب العدل فقط
الا ان آجار الشقق مستمر فيه
له حديقة ومسابح جميلة ويطل على حديقة البلدية المجاورة مباشرة لشاطئ البحر الذي مازال بلا عناية حاليا .
لكن فيها كالعادة ألعاب للأطفال متنوعة
