★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Verdikleri sözü kesinlikle tutmuyorlar. En geç 1 ay içinde teslim edilecek aracımı 2 buçuk ay beklettiler. Biz zaman zaman arayıp araç hakkında bilgi vereceğiz dediler. Aramadılar. Ben arayınca abi dosyalara bakıp 5 dakika sonra arayacam dediler yine aramadılar. Aradıkça parça bekliyoruz dediler. Aracımın maksimum 10 bin liralık hasarı varken 19 bin tl hasar kaydı yazdılar. Hakkım haram olsun.
They absolutely do not keep their promises. They made me wait 2 and a half months for my vehicle to be delivered within 1 month at the latest. They said that we will call from time to time and give information about the vehicle. They didn't call. When I called, they looked at the files and said that they will call in 5 minutes, but they did not call again. They said they are waiting for parts as we call. While my vehicle had a maximum damage of 10 thousand liras, they wrote a damage record of 19 thousand TL. My right is forbidden.
