Ürünün kıvamında renginde bariz değişiklik,bozulma olduğu için merkeze görselleri ilettim ve incelenmesini istedim.onlar da ürünü Kayseri Forum Yves Rochere götürmemi söylediler.Sevindim,çünkü bitkisel laboratuvarlarda kimyagerler tarafından titizlikle üretilen ve onlarca testten geçmiş bu ürünlerin,incelenebilecek bir sistemi mağazalara kadar getirmiş olmaları umut vericiydi.
Ürünü bırakıp birkaç saat sonra geri geldim.Yetkili Gökçe hanım üründe sorun yok dedi.Nasıl test ettiğini sorduğumda elime sürdüm ,kokladım sorun yok dedi. Fakat ürün göz makyaj temizleyicisi? Eğer elimde kullanacak olsam evet muhakkak sorun olmaz.Siz,mağduriyet yaşadığım ve kıvam olarak bozulmuş ürünü nasıl sadece el yordamıyla test edip sorun olmadığı kanaatine varabildiniz?Gözünüzde denemeye bile cesaret edemediğiniz ürünü benim kullanmamı nasıl istersiniz?
Firma ürünün arkasında durmadığı gibi,test ediliş şekli de oldukça ilkel.Bu dahiyane yönteminizle çöpe gidecek ,sağlığı tehdit eden birçok bozulmuş ürünü tekrar kazanabilirsiniz o halde değil mi?Ürkütücü test etme yönteminiz ve satış sonrası bozuk ürün için yıpratıcı çözümsüz sığ politikanız,ayrıca çalışanlarınızın sorunu orantısız şahsileştirmesi ile bu şubeniz de yakında kapanmaya mahkum.
