★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gaziantep yöresel yemeklerinin çiğ halini temin edebileceğiniz hanımların işlettiği mekan. Yuvalama, içli köfte gibi yemeklerin çiğ halini alıp evinizde pişirebilirsiniz. Eti kendiniz götürebilirsiniz. Yuvalamanın kilosu 14 tl makinalarında temiz bir şekilde yapıyorlar. Tavsiye ederim.
Gaziantep is a place where ladies can supply the raw food. You can have a raw meal like noodle, kebab and meatballs in your home. You can take the meat yourself. The weight of the nesting 14 TL machines do clean. I advise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Çok bilinmeyen ama Gaziantep için önemli bir eksikliği gideren bir yer.. ara bir sokakta ve kapısı penceresi her daim kapalı olan ev hanımlarının işlettiği bir yer. Dilerseniz eti siz kendiniz verip onlar bir gün sonra size yuvarlama olarak teslim ediyorlar. Içli köfte ve mantı gibi şeyler de her zaman hazır.. bana güvenilir kimseler gibi geldi, ev hanımlarının büyük bir yükünü makul fiyatlarla halletmiş oluyorlar. Gereğinden fazla personel calistiriyormus gibi geldi bana ve iyi reklam yapamadıkları için çok para kazanamaz gibi ..
It is a place that is not very well known but makes up for an important deficiency for Gaziantep. It is on a side street and is run by housewives whose doors and windows are always closed. If you wish, you give the meat yourself and they deliver it to you as a round after a day. Things like stuffed meatballs and ravioli are always ready.. They seem like reliable people to me, they take care of a big load of housewives at reasonable prices. It seems to me that they are hiring more staff than necessary and they can't make much money because they can't advertise well..
