Yani yeriniz başkalarına kiralanabiliyor. Uzun kalmayı düşünenler bunu öğrensin diye yazıyorum. Fiyat olarak da hiç uygun değil. Kalacak yeriniz yoksa mecburiyetten tercih edebilirsiniz ben gibi.
While you have rented a room and settled in, you say that the company will come after a while and your place changes. Later I learned that someone else who stayed there also experienced this. So your place can be rented to others. I am writing this so that those who plan to stay longer can learn this. It's not affordable at all, either. If you don't have a place to stay, you can choose it out of necessity, like me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gayet güzel, genelde işçi ekiplerin tercih ettiği bir yer, kendine ait lokantası mevcut, daireler temiz, çamaşır makinesi, buzdolabı, mutfak gereçleri hepsi bulunuyor. Odalar ferah, ısıtması, sıcak suyu güzel, bir sıkıntısını görmedik. Şehrin merkezinde olması da artı bir yönü. Tavsiye ederim.
It is very nice, it is a place generally preferred by the workers, it has its own restaurant, the apartments are clean, there is a washing machine, refrigerator, kitchen utensils. Rooms are spacious, heating, hot water is nice, we did not see a shortage. Being in the center of the city is also a plus. I advise.
