Ünye Belediyesi kayıtlarına göre; Çerakesülzade Hacı Ahmet Efendi bu binayı 1915 yılında Rus bir mimara yazlık ev olarak yaptırmıştır. 3 katlı olarak yapılan konağın üçüncü katı 1939 yılındaki depremde yıkılmıştır Taş oymaları, tavan süslemeleri, üzüm motifli çeşmesi ile batılılaşma dönemi konut mimarisinin nadir örneklerinden bir tanesidir. According to Unye Municipality records; Çerakesülzade Hacı Ahmet Efendi built this building as a summer house by a Russian architect in 1915. The third floor of the mansion, which was built as 3 floors, was destroyed in the earthquake in 1939. Çalılar ve ağaçlar konağın görüntüsünü kapatmış malesef, çok iyi bir bahçe düzenlemesine ve restorasyona ihtiyacı var, ama Konak gayet sağlam bir şekilde ayakta duruyor. Dış merdiveni gerçekten çok güzel. Hüsrev Yürür Konağı can only be seen behind the wires. Shrubs and trees have turned off the display of the mansion, unfortunately, a very good editing and garden needs restoration, but the mansion stands very firmly standing.
