They come to the paid cargo at the door free of charge, they did not deliver my money because they could not change my money, they did not say they will come in the day and the next day they did not open a phone when I came to the door, I had to go and get it from the branch.

All employees are understanding people. They approach with a solution, not with a problem. A situation that is not easily seen in a shipping company.
