★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Müşteri hizmetleri diye bi kavram yok. Bi gönderi 4 gündür dağıtımdan gelmezmi ya. Arıyorum telesekreterden başka birşey yok 1 e basiyoruz 2ye basıyoruz basmadigimiz yer kalmadı sorunumuzu çözemiyoruz ama telesekreterden canlı destek alabileceğimiz birine ulaşamıyoruz. Sipariş verdik ürün onaylama zamanımiz geçti ama ortada ürün yok. İstanbuldan 1 günde gelen kargo 4 gün hatta artık 5 oldu zonguldak içinde gezip duruyor. Hala elimde değil kargo. Çıldırmak üzereyim ???
There is no concept of customer service. A shipment hasn't been delivered since 4 days. I'm looking for nothing but an answering machine we press 1 to 2 We are not able to solve the problem we do not basmasig but we can not reach someone who can get live support from the answering machine. We have passed the time to confirm the product we have ordered, but there is no product. Cargo from Istanbul in 1 day, 4 days or even 5 was now hovering in zonguldak. I still don't have the cargo. I'm going crazy ...

I just called and scolded my courier friend because of his incompetence, I cannot fit such personnel to a corporate company such as domestic cargo, as if they are working for their good.
