 Although our company is under contract, we want to send cargo, but we cannot reach the customer representative. Nor can we reach the dispatcher's phone to pick up the cargo.

The branch is far from the center, it takes some time to receive the cargo from the branch. It's almost impossible to reach by phone. I have never had any problems with the employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İnternetten aldığım ürün paketi yırtılmış olarak teslim edildi. Resmen paketi açıp içine bakmışlar. Kargo görevlisi ben ürünü inceleyemeden hızlıca bırakıp gittiği için şubeye kendim götürüp durumu anlattım. O gün orda bulunan görevli hiç umursamadı dediklerimi. Çok ilgisizler.
The product package I bought online was delivered torn. They opened the package and looked inside. Since the cargo officer left the product quickly before I could examine it, I took it to the branch myself and explained the situation. The officer who was there that day did not care what I said. They are very uninterested.

Disgrace, they are officially sitting and taking a vacation. When we try to connect by phone, they listen to the tape recording for minutes, even though they are there, I hear that they are chatting in the first place, so I really feel sorry for people's salary.

You are in every way. I'm giving five stars just to keep the comment at the top, otherwise you don't deserve a gram. Don't bother sticking it on the chair and spreading it thickly (!). You don't even bring it to my house, and then you create an idea request.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yurtici kargo neden buraya şube açtı çok merak ediyorum, kargolar genelde dağıtıma çıkması uzun sürüyor galiba bu sebeple gidip kendim almam gerekiyor ve şehrin içerisinde oturan birisiyim, araçta olmayınca zor oluyor ve gişede ki sarı saçlı eleman biraz padişahın torunuymus gibi davrandı ama sorun etmedim.
I wonder why Yurtici Kargo has opened a branch here, I guess it takes a long time for the cargo to be delivered, I guess that's why I have to go and pick it up myself.
