If they solve the communication problem of today's Turkey's cargo companies, they would deserve full 5 stars, but they don't care, so no one likes cargo companies and does not approve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An awful service! They couldn't find my adress, although my home has been in Kemer for 14 years , and I put the correct adress in! And then they say online that they've been to my home and that I wasnt in, so my parcel couldn't been delivered. And the second time they said the same, but that they couldn't find my adress! So now I've got to go the office and collect myself.... Aras cargo had no problem finding me!

Nobody speak in English. They didn’t delivery package to my home and didn’t advise me later. They have changed address and when I can find then - my shipment have been returned back to sender.
