Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum 3 gündür evde beklediğim halde evde yoksunuz yalanıyla kargomu teslim etmediler hep aynı yalan O zaman eve teslim yok deyin ayıptır bu yaptığınız yazıklar olsun

Kargo takipte kargomu getirmiş teslim edilemedi yazıyor bütün gün evde beklememe rağmen ne arayan soran ne bir zile basan biri var neye göre geri gönderiyorlar! Her seferinde aynı şeyi yaşıyoruz. Ayrıca telefonada hiç ulasilmiyor. Rezalet!!

Gönderim dağıtım yerinde bir günden fazla bekledi. Telefon edince otomatiğe bağlanıyor birine bağlanıp derdini anlatmak mümkün değil. Çaresiz bekleyeceksin.

Very Bad Kargo. One day from Istanbul to Alntalya but 4 days from Antalya to Antalya!!!!!!!!!

Would you like to be treated with respect and receive your items by this cargo company to your home? Then I have a solution for you. Please do not use them. If you have to use them make sure your delivery address is your office or working address. In this way they are not able to send you a sms message that says, “we did not reach you in your address” I live about 1 km away from their office. As far as I have noticed, they are not even loading your package into the delivery car. Always just sending these messages. Yesterday I called them and asked what time would my package be delivered. Answer was around 17:30. So I left from work early and waited in front of my door for them to arrive about 30 min. I knew they would not come but I was hopeful. My mistake. I called them back about 17:54 but they put me on hold this time. So I drove to their office. As I arrived I saw 3 workers and no one were on the phone or had anything special to do. I asked why you have put me on hold, showed my phone with music playing. They just said that it was over duty time. Now there must be always some kind of excuse not to open phone, not to deliver package or what so ever. My question is why are you doing this line of work? Could there be more honest work to be done? I have included picture here that shows clearly that wrong information is given on purpose. Advising you to go home at 17:30. Entering into the system earlier time that you were not at home. Then sending a sms later that confirms it. Please do yourself a favor and just make sure your delivery address is working address or do not use this company for your own sake. All the best ;-)
