★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İstanbul'dan 04.10.2021 tarihinde gönderilen kargom , 09.102021 tarihinde Datça'ya ulaşmış gözüküyor. Ama , ürünümü teslim almaya gittiğimde , kargomun kayıp olduğu bilgisini verdiler. Böyle lakayıt , ilgisiz , sorumsuz firma olamaz. Yasal hakkımı Tüketici Hakem Heyeti'ne ve Cimer üzerinden Ticaret Bakanlığı 'na yaptım. Hakkımı sonuna kadar arayacağım , tazminat talebinde bulundum.
My cargo sent from Istanbul on 04.10.2021 seems to have arrived in Datça on 09.102021. But, when I went to receive my product, they informed me that my cargo was lost. There cannot be such a disregarded, uninterested, irresponsible company. I made my legal right to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and to the Ministry of Trade via Cimer. I will seek my right to the end, I demanded compensation.

If we talk about the Datca branch, I am very satisfied, I did not have any problems, the employees are very helpful.

I can never reach their phone
They are not answering
I see it on the delivery day shopping page, but there is no information about the cargo branch.
