★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Evde oturup yurtiçi kargo firmasından gelecek kargomu beklemenin ne kadar yanlış olduğunun bir örneğini daha yaşatan kargo firmasına ne desem bilemiyorum. Beyler telefon açmışlar cevap vermediğim için evde olmadığım notu ile kargomu, evimin ziline basmadan şubeden teslim almam konusunda mesaj atarak adresten (tabii geldilerse) ayrılmışlar. 17.00 den sonra şubeden alacağımı mesajla bildirdikleri kargomu ise şubede yarım saat bekledikten sonra teslim alabildim. Hiç tercih etmediğim bir firma ama online alışverişte kargo seçemiyorum.
I don't know what to say to the cargo company, which gives another example of how wrong it is to sit at home and wait for my cargo to come from the domestic cargo company. The gentlemen called me and left the address (if they came, of course) by sending a message that I was not at home because I did not answer and that I should receive my cargo from the branch without pressing the bell of my house. I was able to receive my cargo, which was informed by a message that I would receive it from the branch after 17.00, after waiting for half an hour at the branch. It is a company that I have never preferred, but I cannot choose cargo in online shopping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bence 1 yıldız bile çok Sube müdürü çalışanlarını gözden geçirmeli hatta böyle bir ekip kurduğu için şube müdürünüde gözden geçirmek gerekir!!!
In my opinion, even 1 star should review the employees of the branch manager and even the branch manager should be reviewed for establishing such a team!!!

Ve kutu diğer taraftan anı darbeyi almış olsa bilgisayarın bir yeri büyük ölçüde kırılmıştı. Ve görmesinler diye üstüne poşet geçirmişler. Aldıktan sonra görüyorum. Mesuliyet kabul etmeyecekler akıllarınca.
I sent 2 laptops. The first one was fine, no damage. 2. There was a big slit in the box when I sent it. And if the box had received the sudden blow from the other side, one part of the computer would have been broken. And they put a bag on it so they can't see it. I see it after I buy it. They will not accept responsibility in their minds.
