Customer service is not good at all. No interested, no looking, no asking, it doesn't matter who came and who didn't. If you find someone who can help, you're in luck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Akşama kadar evde beklememe rağmen hiç uğramadan paketimi şubeye götürdüler evde olmadığımı zile bastıklarını zilin bozuk olduğunu söylüyorlar. Herkes zile basınca çalışıyor 2 defadır bunlar kargo getirirken zil bozuk. Asansör ile küçücük paketi yukarı çıkarmak zorunuza gidiyorsa yapmayın bu işi. Sabahtan akşama kadar evde fuzuli bekletiyorlar. Diğer kargolardan hiçbir sıkıntım olmadı birtek bunlardaki dağıtım yapanlarda var bu rezillik.
Even though I waited at home until the evening, they took my package to the branch without ever stopping by, they said that I was not at home, they pressed the bell and the bell was broken.
