★ ★ ★ ★ ★ gidip şubeden teslim almak istedim kargomu. 10 dk önce dağıtıma çıktı dendi.(öğlen 2 de ve aramızdaki mesafe 1km değil) önemli bir makine parçası oldugunu söyledim aksam 5 e kadar kesin teslim olur dendi (1km bile olmayan uzaklığa) aksam 6 oldu paket yok. Telefonla zaten ulaşılamıyor. 10 dk lık yürüme mesafemde olan şubeden 2 günde teslim alıyorum onuda gidip kendim alarak !!!!!
 I wanted to go and pick up my parcel from the branch. It was said that it was delivered 10 minutes ago. (It's 2 in the afternoon and the distance between us is not 1km) I said that it is an important piece of machinery, it was said that it would be delivered until 5pm (not even 1km away) It was 6 pm and there was no package. Not reachable by phone. I receive it in 2 days from the branch, which is within 10 minutes' walking distance, and I go and pick it up myself !!!!!

The distance between our company and the cargo branch is 900 meters and they bring our cargo at 18:00 in the evening, we leave the company at that hour and they do not even call from the contact information, they leave the cargo to the person who comes in front of them.

The cargo company that asked for 107 TL for a small parcel and then said that they did not accept any responsibility and that I had signed it and declared that I accepted it... Of course, the cargo package was returned..
