★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is very slow. They are fighting with their customers. They lie to people. I thought it was only me. They said they came to deliver my package but thry didn't find me in home. It was a lie. I thought It was only me. I discovered that there were 3 other people who had same problem. I saw all that when I wad there. Can you imagin how many others had the same problems during the rest of the day? They say it is the biggest shipping company in Turkey. But I say about this branch of Alanya to be the worst shipping company I ever tried. Maybe in other citites, they have good service. I don't know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They refuse to deliver your cargo at your home, ordered from ikea and took home delivery. And they sent it first to mahmutlar and i live in Alanya. Then they have not sent my rods that are 3.5 m only 3 small packet's to hang them up with. How is it possible???? So now i have Got nothing and they don't answer the Phone. Realy bad service and Company. Do NOT RECOMEND!
