Biz de kargonun akıbetini öğrenmek için 28.05.2019 tarihinde kargomuzun teslimatinin yapılmasını istedik Akşehir şubesinden .Subede çalışan Rıdvan Fenasi adlı çalışan kargoyu gönderirsem ekstra fatura keserim dedi. Biz de hatanın Kağıthane şubesinden kaynaklandığını belirtmemize rağmen kahve ağzıyla bu kargo çıkmayacak burdan gidin o zaman Kağıthane şubesini arayın şeklinde azarlayarak davranmaya çalıştı . Keza kargomu kontrol ettiğimde iade sürecinde görünüyor .Müşterim kargosunu beklerken aciliyetli olduğunu belirtmemize rağmen müşterimize karşı mahcup olduk. Hata olur düzeltilir bu şekilde kahvede oturuyor gibi müşterileri azarlayarak sadece müşteri kaybedersiniz . Zira ben bu şahsın tutumunu her yerde dile getireceğim. Gerek genel merkeze gerek müşteri temsilciliğine. İnsana insan gibi muamele edeceksiniz. Bizler sustukça bunlar gibiler ağalık taslıyor.
