★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hizmet kalitesi düşük bir şube. Çünkü diğer kargo firmaları kargolarımı kapıya adresime getirmelerine rağmen şehir merkezinde olan adresime bunlar kargoyu getirmedi. Aradığımda ise saçma bir şekilde o adres yeni bilmiyoruz arabamız yok filan dediler. Ayrıca kargoyu getirmedikleri gibi şubeden almam için bile aramayıp haber etmediler. Kısacası hizmet kalitesi düşük olup iyileştirilmeli.
A branch of poor quality of service. Because other cargo companies brought my cargo to the door address, but they didn't bring the cargo to my address in the city center. When I called in a ridiculous way that we do not know the new address they said no car or something. They also didn't call and let me know that they didn't bring the cargo or even pick me up at the branch. In short, service quality is low and should be improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personel dağıtıma çıkan emekçiler çok ilgili lakin merkez ve şubelerde Şımarık komplexli iki tane kız görevli var çok ilgisiz hoşgörüsüz insanlar onlar yüzünden şubeye gidip kargomu almak istemiyorum dağıtımcı arkadaşlara bir nevi yardımınız dokunsun diye bu korona pandemi döneminde gerçekten çok yorucu iş ve baskıya maruz kalıyorlar bizim bölgemizde maglesef asgari ucrrt bile alamadıklarını çok iyi biliyoruz..
