★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En büyük problem: ses yalıtımı yok. Az demiyorum bakın, YOK. Kapılar, pencereler, cam balkon, parke, duş kabini, dolaplar hepsi hepsi 3. kalite. 1 yıllık site ama binanın dış cephe boyası şimdiden kabarmış, dökülmüş. Evin içinde yerde oturduğunuz zaman biri yürüdüğündeki o sarsıntıyı hissedebiliyorsunuz ki bu korkunç daha yeni büyük bi deprem atlatmış bizler için.. yani daha nasıl anlatabilirim her anlamda kalitesiz bir yapı olduğunu bilmiyorum ama, canını seven YURTEN İNŞAAT imzalı evlerden uzak dursun.
Biggest problem: no soundproofing. I am not saying less, see, NO. Doors, windows, glass balcony, parquet, shower cabin, cabinets are all 3rd quality. It is a year old site, but the exterior paint of the building is already puffed up and spilled. When you sit on the floor in the house, you can feel the shaking when someone walks, which is terrible for us who have just survived a major earthquake ... so I do not know how it is a poor quality building in every sense, but stay away from the houses signed by YURTEN İNŞAAT, who loves their lives.
