Arızayı tespit ettiler ancak "model demode ana kartı artık üretllmiyor" dendi.
Ve tespit ücreti olarak 100,00-TL ödedim.
Arçelik, bu 'yetkili servis hizmeti (!) ' mentalitesini gözden geçirmeli..
Servis teknikerinin parayı alırkenki halinde bile içine sinmemiş bir hal vardı...
I reported the model of the white goods in advance.
They detected the fault, but it was said that "model outdated motherboard is no longer manufactured".
And I paid 100.00-TL as a detection fee.
Arçelik should review this 'authorized service (!)' mentality..
Even when the service technician was taking the money, there was an unconvinced state...
