Good price performance. I think that the expectations of the friends who gave bad scores are high. The rooms were clean but the air conditioner was off so we didn't turn it on. The staff is friendly, engaging. It has a very quiet and clean garden. Ideal for children to play or to relax. Rooms and shower were a bit old. The location is very good, close to everywhere. For breakfast, there are some packaged products such as cheese, boiled eggs, salami, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, honey, oil, jam, watermelon, and an extra kind of product (sausage bagel, etc.).

Stayed at the hotel for one night while walking along the Lycian Way. The room was clean, there were no problems with hot water, there was soap and shampoo in the shower. The owner is very helpful, always in touch, always ready to help. Recommend!

The business is quite good in terms of price-performance. It is a suitable hotel to stay in a touristic town of Fethiye such as Ölüdeniz. First of all, what is your expectation from the hotel, you need to determine it. Affordable price, quality of accommodation, hot water and breakfast were important to us. The facility handled these essentials nicely. The employees are caring and helpful. The breakfast is in good condition considering the price you paid for the hotel. It has its own free parking lot. The only missing part of the hotel and the side that needs improvement: Bed linen, towels, etc. in the rooms. It is useful to renew products. I advise.

I stayed for 5 nights between September and October. I'm not someone who has high expectations from hotels. I evaluate accordingly. Good sides: 1. There are breakfast tables in the garden. 2. The night was generally quiet, there were exceptions. 3. Breakfast is always the same and just ok. 4. Staff are generally friendly. 5. Refrigerator and air conditioner cool well. Areas that need improvement: 1. The furniture in the room looks very old and dirty. Sitting in the chair was not comfortable. 2. Bathroom shower cabin is 85*85cm inside and not clean, I'm irritated. 3. If you do not take the initiative, room cleaning and so on. not done. I stayed for 5 nights so I personally had no problems. 4. There are only 3-5 channels on the TV and the TV screen is broken but it can be watched, if you can find a channel ;) 5. Shower water is running warm, I said, it will be fixed, but it always remained warm. I don't think they are honest about it. 6. Only "special-knowledge guests" are allowed to use the kitchen at night and there are noises and grill smells until night time. So you are not special! 7. For these reasons, you should not stay more than two nights. 8. I witnessed the water cut off once in the daytime, other days because I left the hotel early, I don't know.

I definitely do not recommend.. There is a problem of hot water.. rooms from 2002.. extremely dirty. The shower cabin was broken, water was accumulating.. don't waste your money. I stayed for 1 hour, couldn't stand the cold, air conditioner and hot water were not working. I moved to another hotel, the choice is yours..
