Halılarımı satın aldığım ilk günkü halinden daha temiz şekilde, kısa sürede (5 gün) teslim ettiler. 5 yıldızı sonuna kadar hak ediyorlar.
 I chose this company to wash my carpets, which I bought 3 years ago, because of the high Google score and the affordable prices compared to the current market. They delivered my carpets in a short time (5 days), cleaner than the first day I bought them. They deserve 5 stars to the end.

Yumoş halı yıkamadan 3 veya 4 defa halı 2 defa koltuk yıkama hizmeti aldım. Halılar güzel ve doğru ilaçlar kullanılmış temiz ve zamanında geldi. Koltuk yıkamada ise 3 defa yıkama yaptılar benim koltuklar biraz farklı olduğu için extra para talep etmediler. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Mahallemde yıkamacı olmasına rağmen ben yumoş u tercih ediyorum.

Hello there,
I have received carpet cleaning service 3 or 4 times from Yumoş carpet cleaning. The carpets are beautiful and the right drugs were used, they came clean and on time. In the seat washing, they washed it 3 times and did not demand extra money because my seats were a little different. I would definitely recommend. Although there is a washing machine in my neighborhood, I prefer yumoş.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Halıları almaya gelip gelmiceklerini arayıp haber vermediler. Başka işletmeyle anlaşınca çok iyi yapmışsınız diyip telefonu kapattılar. Uslüpleri hoş değildi.İşletme sahibi arayıp durumu izah etti. Müşteri memnuniyetine önem veriyor.
They did not call and inform that they would not come to pick up the carpets. When they agreed with another business, they said you did very well and hung up. Their style was not nice. The owner of the business called and explained the situation. It gives importance to customer satisfaction.
