It's a neat and clean market that we've been going to for 6 years, but in recent years, company policies have changed a lot and we started to feel uncomfortable. The first problem we had was when we were entering, they said you can't enter with bags, they said that it is forbidden to enter with bags, you can leave them at the entrance, sorry, but if you don't trust me, we said why do we trust you and leave my shopping bag at the entrance and left. But later on, we continued to shop and leave because the employees were doing what they were told. Now, for the first time in 6 years, we wanted to return a product we bought, they said we can't accept returns because you bought it with a credit card, we'll exchange it. The bottom line is that you would accept a return of 67.5₺, someone who sees it would think it was 2 thousand 3 thousand TL. The orders that come to us say so. Then I understand that the company management is very malicious. I don't think you can ever become a big grocery chain by not trusting your customers and acting with such malicious intent.
