I wrote to this Hyundai branch looking for an English Manual for our new second hand vehicle and asking to have our fuel filler door fixed. Buse Bilek, the Executive Assistant, very quickly responded. I took the vehicle in today and the problem was quickly resolved. Buse and the local PR team contacted head office for me and we will have an English manual, in some format, soon. Dealing with Buse and other team members has been a great experience. I telephoned Yukselis Hyundai yesterday and spoke to Buse Bilek, I explained I would like to book my car in for a service, she said she would check with the service department and ring me back, within a few minutes she rang me and said is tomorrow ok with me and I was amazed it was booked for the next day. Upon arriving at Yukselis today, Buse came down the steps to meet us. It was very nice to see a smiling, friendly face upon arrival. All through our time there, as we cannot speak Turkish, she guides us through the process, translating everything and making sure we understand the procedures and what we are being charged for. She has us feel safe during our visits when buying the car last year and today when we had the car serviced. Buse is a definite asset to your Company and has definitely made our visits a pleasure. I would also like to say how good the service Manager was and everything was dealt with very efficiently.

Great car shopping experience. Large and attractive showroom with good customer service. When I brought my car for service they were really interested in hearing about my problem and solved it with genuine service mentality. I would definitely go back there for my regular maintenance schedules.
