Easy access. When you enter Ankara by Eskisehir, continue in the direction of Kizilay without leaving the road. The Court of Accounts is right next to the mosque and opposite the library.

A site in the center of the city. There is easy access to everywhere. It has security. It is mostly designed as a residence for bureaucrats. But the buildings are quite old.
