★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Müşteri ile nasıl konuşacağını bilmeyen bir bayan,aramızda geçen mevzu ise daha önce aldığım tatlıların tepsilerini iade etmek için gittim ama keşke gitmeseydim dedim kendi kendime ,tatlı alırken tepsi ücreti 15tl demişlerdi ama 5 tane tepsiyi görünce 10 tl den alırım dedi tamam 10 tl den Al ama bu konuşma ve tavrıniz hiç hoş değil dedim ,ondan sonrada özür dilerim diyor. Çok amatörce, müşterileri sadece para olarak görmemek lazım hiç yakışmadı bence ,bana yaptınız başka müşteriye yapmayın bari,Kayseri'nin adını kötulemeyin.
