★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mimarı ve konsepti ile çok kullanışlı bir iş merkezi. Şehrin Bitez kavşağına kayması nedeniyle bir çok banka ayrılası, sonrası biraz atıl kalmıştır. Hâlâ çok merkezi otoparkı ve geniş ortal kullanım alanları olan bir ismerkezidir.
 A very useful business center with its architecture and concept. Due to the city's shift to the Bitez junction, many banks were separated, and then it remained a bit idle. It is still a center with a very central parking lot and large common areas.
