★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No room to stay (expect a lot of sun light). No English speaking staff AT ALL. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because they really helped me when there was something wrong with my application (not from my side), but lets hope it doesn’t encounter any more issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok so lots of ppl share negatives there. Today we arrived late and everyone there was super kind and supportive. Even they let us eat lunch in the canteen. Even for some guys who forgot their photocopies they provided support. So,24.12.20 workers of YOK thanks a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've never seen such an incompetent service and staff. They don't speak any English although majority of the people who come there are foreigners. Staff is very unfriendly and unwilling to help. The whole procedure is unnecessarily complicated by itself and the staff just makes it harder for no reason.
