First of all, this should be your only address for hamburgers. I ate the best hamburger of my life here. I can praise their alcohol (especially the cocktails and gin tonic) as much as the hamburger, it's just as great ... In short, I look forward to the summer. As a person living in Bartın, I can say that İnkum, which was opened in 2020 during the pandemic process, was (was) a place that seemed like a medicine. They brought in a professional cook in 2021 and it was really successful for a while. The first time I ate, Yuka burger, smoked ribeye pizza and hot dog were delicious. But every time we went and ordered pizza, either there was no dough left or their cook was in the new place they opened. Then we ordered Yuka burger, but because it was cooked by someone other than the cook, the meat was burnt and dry. Pros of the place: - The only place you can go in pub style in İnkum. - The variety of alcohol is more than other venues. - The ambiance is nice and clean. - The audience coming to the place is decent people who will not disturb you. - The blonde lady who organizes the place (supervisor) is very kind. - Toilets are clean. Cons of the place: - All tables are always "reserved" without exception, but they never take reservations when you ask! :) Well then, who reserved these tables and how? This situation never changes. If your type is available, you sit down. - They couldn't keep up with the waiter. Waiters are very rude. Especially the boy with slightly wavy hair who wears a bandana on his head. I have never seen such a rude and sullen waiter. "Do you continue?" before you run out of your plate and drink. He pulls away from you without even asking. You don't smile and feel the sincerity when ordering. Likewise, girls who work during the day do not have the qualifications to be a waitress. In places where there are such employees, people do not even want to leave a tip. - The variety of drinks is high, but the drinks are a little warm. Bucket of beer arrives, but there isn't enough ice in it. - Prices compete with Alaçatı venues. 1 Inkum Yuka lira is almost equivalent to 5-10 Turkish Liras :) I don't feel sorry for the money given to professional cooks, but for other times it's not worth the price. - I think the tiramisu is very unsuccessful. - The music selections they play from the band are successful, but as a DJ, I cannot say the same thing when 17-year-olds come. - It's a place like a pub, but sometimes when high school kids come in the evenings, the average age drops seriously, making it a strange environment. As a result, despite all the setbacks, Inkum can be preferred for a drink. If the new cooks are doing the dishes, it can be preferred without hesitation.
