★ ★ ★ ★ ★ В квартире в январе нет отопления. Кондер за 40 минут не смогли запустить, даже помогал друг хозяина. Жить в +10 градусах нереально. Отказались от квартиры, вернули деньги, открыв спор на airbnb. Но ремонт хороший. Если летом будет работать кондер и бассейн, будет может и хорошо. Но тут же идёт стройка, вокруг грязь по колено, рабочие месят бетон, таскают стройматериалы. Лесок, который вокруг дома виден с гугл карт оказался кладбищем.
