I am currently on day 20 of stretching exercises and 8th day of strengthening exercises and my pain is almost gone. Day by day I can feel the webs I live in when I sit up or bend down, getting smaller. May Allah Zelal be pleased with the teacher. I visited a total of 5 physicians with family physicians, tried different medicines and creams, but without any medication, surgery, a dry needle in the skillful hands of the teacher and a few exercises were the solution.
