Firma perdeleri getirmiş montajını yapmıştır.Yıkama sonrası Perde de kat izleri ve pas lekeleri fotoğraflanarak tekrar yıkayacaklarını belirtmişlerdir. 2 kez yıkamadan sonra oluşan kat izleri ve pas lekeleri giderilmemiş, perde kenarlarında yırtılmalar meydana gelip perdeler kullanılamaz atıl duruma gelmiştir. 40 TL yıkama ücreti için 1500 liralık perdeden olduk, telefonlarımız açılmıyor mesajlara cevap verilmeyip engellendik. Konuyu tüketici hakem heyetine şikayette bulunduk bekliyoruz. Perdenizi gözden çıkarmayı göze alıyorsanız yıkatın.
